Coronal Mass Ejection
Catalog: M2M_CATALOG
Start Time: 2025-05-30T12:53Z ( STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2 )
All Detecting Spacecrafts:
STEREO A: SECCHI/COR2
SOHO: LASCO/C2
SOHO: LASCO/C3
GOES: CCOR-1
Activity ID: 2025-05-30T12:53:00-CME-001 (version 1)
Note Keyword:
Faint: Faint event; may affect type assignment
OFL: Outflowing material at the back of the CME
OVR: Event partially overlaps with another CME
Source Signature Keyword:
OFL: Moving/Opening field lines
DIM: Dimming
Morphology Keyword:
O: Other
Note: Hazy CME first seen to the SE in STEREO A COR2 beginning at 2025-05-30T12:53Z, as well as by SOHO LASCO C2/C3 and GOES CCOR-1 in later frames. The source of this CME appears to be continued dimming and field line movement following a wide eruption associated with an M3.4 class flare from AR 4100. These features can be seen clearly in SDO AIA 211. This CME overlaps with earlier CME: 2025-05-30T06:38Z which is associated with the M3.4 flare, where as this event is more associated with the subsequent dimming following the flare.

Prime?"primary flag" which is either True or False. If there are multiple CME analysis entries for a single CME, this flag would indicate which analysis is considered most accurate per measurement type. This is a helpful flag if you would like to download only one most accurate CME analysis per CME per Measurement Type
